Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-4591 regarding motor vehicle dealers and violations.

Requires the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to post on its website the names of motor vehicle dealers that have violated any provision of Arizona state law under the department's jurisdiction.

Requires ADOT to post the specific laws that each motor vehicle dealer has violated on the same website.

Maintains existing penalty provision that violations of the motor vehicle dealer article are classified as class 3 misdemeanors unless another classification is specifically prescribed.
