Repeals the 2021 amendment to Section 36-672 and reinstates the version from 2007 regarding school immunization requirements.

Specifies that immunizations against human papillomavirus, COVID-19 and its variants, and immunizations authorized under FDA emergency use authorization are not required for school attendance.

Requires that any immunization must be prescribed by rule before it can be required for in-person school attendance.

Affirms that the statute does not preclude parental rights to make health care decisions for their minor children.
