• Adds section 23-207 to Arizona Revised Statutes establishing requirements for employees terminated over COVID-19 vaccine refusal.

• Requires employers to provide terminated employees either severance compensation equal to one year of annual salary paid in a lump sum or installments over 12 months, OR reemployment in the same or similar position with reasonable accommodations.

• Applies retroactively to November 30, 2021.
