Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-908 regarding workers' compensation injury reports and fee schedules.

Requires the Industrial Commission to post proposed prescription drug fee schedules prominently on its publicly accessible website at least 30 days before conducting a public hearing on those fees.

Mandates the Commission hold at least one public meeting that all interested parties may jointly attend and interactively participate in after posting but before the hearing on proposed fee schedules.

Requires the Commission to post the final proposed fee schedule on its website at least seven business days in advance before taking final action, except during public health emergencies.

Became effective immediately upon Governor approval on March 24, 2022, as an emergency measure.
