Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 6-330 to expand rights and privileges for out-of-state banks operating in Arizona.

Extends all rights, powers, privileges, exemptions, and immunities to out-of-state banks "doing business" in the state, including special purpose depository institutions chartered as banks.

Out-of-state banks receive the same treatment as comparable in-state financial institutions holding permits under Arizona banking law.

Out-of-state banks are subject to all provisions of Arizona banking law to the same extent as comparable in-state financial institutions.

Effective date: April 25, 2022.
