Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2981 to modify income eligibility limits for the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

Increases eligibility threshold from 200 percent of the federal poverty level to 250 percent of the federal poverty level, effective October 1, 2022.

Changes apply to members under 19 years of age whose gross household income meets the new threshold.

Makes minor grammatical and technical corrections to existing definitions in the statute.
