Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 to add comprehensive dental care as a covered service for women who are at least 21 years of age and in any stage of pregnancy under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

Appropriates unspecified amounts from the state general fund and federal medicaid authority in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the AHCCCS administration to provide dental services to pregnant women.

Appropriates an additional unspecified onetime amount from the prescription drug rebate fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to cover costs from eligibility changes directly related to introducing the dental benefit for pregnant women.

Requires the AHCCCS administration to report actual costs incurred for providing dental services to pregnant women and costs from related eligibility changes to the governor, legislature, and budget office by October 1, 2023.
