Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 43-221 regarding the Joint Legislative Income Tax Credit Review Committee's operations and reporting requirements.

Requires the committee to report its findings and recommendations to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and Governor by December 15 of the review year.

Adds requirement for the Joint Legislative Budget Committee to post the committee's report on its website in addition to providing a copy to the Secretary of State.
