Establishes a sweat patch drug testing program administered by the Arizona Supreme Court for drug testing persons on supervised probation.

Requires the Supreme Court to adopt rules and guidelines to implement the sweat patch drug testing program.

Creates the sweat patch drug testing fund with monies continuously appropriated and allocated by the Supreme Court to superior courts in each county for program administration.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the sweat patch drug testing fund.
