Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 10, Chapter 19, Article 4 by adding section 10-2152 regarding annual assessments for generation and transmission cooperatives.

Applies Title 40, Chapter 2, Article 8 (annual assessment requirements) to generation and transmission cooperatives regulated by the Arizona Corporation Commission.

Exempts gross intrastate revenues derived from electricity sales between cooperatives from annual assessment requirements when the purchasing cooperative is both regulated by the Corporation Commission and subject to its annual assessment.

Became effective March 30, 2022 upon approval by the Governor.
