AZ HB2237

Adds section 16-143 to Arizona Revised Statutes prohibiting state agencies, departments, divisions, and political subdivisions from registering voters on election day or deeming them eligible to vote in that election.

Exempts persons who properly register to vote under sections 16-103 or 16-543.02 from this prohibition.

Establishes a class 6 felony penalty for violations of the same-day registration prohibition.
