Requires schools and charter schools to disclose on their websites by the 2022-2023 school year: procedures for parental review access, whether lesson plan/material review processes exist, and listings of learning materials organized by subject area and grade.

Mandates posted learning materials remain accessible on school websites for at least twelve months and be updated within ten days of this amendment's effective date and by July 1 annually thereafter.

Allows charter schools to require parents to waive objection rights as an enrollment condition if a complete material list is provided in advance, but parents retain objection rights for newly introduced materials.

Establishes that learning materials and activities are public records and requires written parental consent before schools use age-inappropriate video, audio, or electronic materials or provide sex education instruction.
