Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-1204 to add biting and throwing or projecting bodily fluids as new forms of aggravated assault.

Creates a new subsection defining "bodily fluids" to include saliva, blood, seminal fluid, urine, or feces.

Classifies assault by biting or projecting bodily fluids as a class 6 felony.

Adds "health professional" definition cross-referenced to Section 32-3201 and renumbers existing definitions in the statute.
