AZ HB2260

Adds autism spectrum disorder (including agitation, rage attacks, and self-injurious behavior) and post-traumatic stress disorder for veterans to the list of debilitating medical conditions qualifying patients for medical marijuana use in Arizona.

Requires physicians providing written certification for patients under 18 years old with autism to be pediatricians.

Establishes monitoring requirements for pediatricians certifying autistic minors: monthly assessments until stable dosing is achieved, then every six months, with annual reporting of results to the department.

Requires physicians to recommend marijuana potency, quantity, and frequency of use to the patient's designated caregiver.

Requires approval by at least three-fourths of both houses of the legislature to take effect, per Arizona Constitution.
