Establishes a transportation funding task force consisting of 3 senate members, 3 house members, the transportation department director, and 11 governor-appointed representatives from various transportation and infrastructure stakeholders.

Senate president and house speaker each designate one member to serve as cochairperson; appointed members serve at the governor's pleasure and are not compensated but may receive expense reimbursement.

Task force shall study transportation funding options for Arizona and submit a report with recommendations to the governor, senate president, and house speaker by December 15, 2022.

Requires a copy of the final report be provided to the secretary of state.

Task force and this statute expire September 30, 2023.
