Adds section 20-110 to Arizona Revised Statutes establishing that secondary sources on insurance (legal treatises, scholarly publications, textbooks, explanatory texts) do not constitute law or public policy of Arizona and are not authoritative.

Secondary sources are deemed non-authoritative if they purport to create, eliminate, expand or restrict a cause of action, right or remedy.

Secondary sources are non-authoritative if they conflict with the U.S. Constitution, Arizona Constitution, state law, Arizona case law precedent, or other common law adopted by Arizona.
