Repeals and amends Section 41-194.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes to expand the Attorney General's authority to investigate violations of state law by schools, universities, and community colleges upon request of legislature members.

Requires the Attorney General to investigate ordinances, regulations, written policies, rules, and official actions by the Arizona Board of Regents, universities, community colleges, school districts, and charter schools that allegedly violate state law or the Arizona Constitution.

Mandates the Attorney General report findings within 30 days and notify the violating entity, which has 30 days to resolve the violation before enforcement actions are triggered.

Establishes enforcement mechanisms including civil penalties for universities and community colleges, and withholding of classroom site fund monies for school districts and charter schools that fail to resolve violations.

Requires legislature members to first provide written notice to the governing body of schools, universities, or community colleges and allow 60 days for resolution before requesting an Attorney General investigation.
