Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-460 to modify procedures for school district boundary adjustments.

Changes "per cent" to "percent" throughout the statute as a standardized language correction.

Increases the threshold for minor boundary adjustments between adjacent school districts from 1.5% to 10% of the student count that can be transferred.

Adds requirement that any taxpayer owning property in a proposed boundary adjustment area with 30% or more of the total taxable property value must approve the adjustment in writing.

Requires county boards of supervisors to approve minor boundary adjustments before the county school superintendent implements the boundary change.
