County party chairmen shall designate party agents or representatives and alternates for each precinct by written appointment to the election board.

One challenger per political party shall be present at each voting place, and challengers may not enter voting booths except to mark their own ballots.

Only one party representative from each political party may be in the polling place at any time, and party representatives must remain until vote tabulation is complete and results are delivered to the county recorder.

Challengers and party representatives must be Arizona residents registered to vote in the state.

The election process shall continue regardless of whether challengers or party representatives are present.
