Adds trigger cranks, bump-fire devices, and parts designed to accelerate the rate of fire of semiautomatic rifles to Arizona's list of prohibited weapons.

Specifies the prohibition applies to any device that accelerates firing rate but does not convert a semiautomatic rifle into a machine gun, using federal definitions of "machine gun" and "semiautomatic rifle."

Exempts firearms and devices possessed, manufactured, or transferred in compliance with federal law from the prohibited weapons restrictions.
