Adds comprehensive dental care as a covered health service for pregnant women of any age under Arizona's health care cost containment system (AHCCCS).

Appropriates $468,100 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to provide dental services to pregnant women.

Appropriates an additional one-time $3,630,600 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to cover costs from eligibility changes related to introducing the dental benefit for pregnant women.

Requires AHCCCS administration to report actual costs incurred for pregnant women's dental services and related eligibility changes to legislative leadership and budget officials by October 1, 2023.
