Changes law enforcement agency reporting from optional ("may report") to mandatory ("shall report") for any peace officer misconduct violations at any time, removing the previous requirement to report only upon termination, resignation, or separation.

Requires prosecuting agencies to report to the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board any information that may call into question a peace officer's credibility and that has been disclosed in a case where the officer testified.

Maintains existing requirement for law enforcement agencies to advise other agencies of known misconduct violations when conducting background investigations of applicants.

Extends civil liability protection to prosecuting agencies and the board for providing misconduct information if made in good faith belief that the information is accurate.
