Authorizes child safety workers and child safety investigators to enter schools to investigate reports of abuse involving children with disabilities.

Defines "child" as any individual under 18 years of age, or individuals 18-22 years of age enrolled in high school.

Defines "child with a disability" as children identified under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, by school districts under Arizona education statutes, or eligible for school district services under state law.

Applies to children with disabilities as defined under 42 United States Code Section 12102.
