Reasonable accommodations include access to single-occupancy restrooms or changing facilities, or use of employee restrooms or changing facilities, but exclude access to opposite-sex facilities while opposite-sex persons are present.

Creates a private cause of action for persons denied reasonable accommodation requests unless the school demonstrates undue hardship, with a two-year statute of limitations and recoverable damages including attorney fees and costs.

Creates a private cause of action for persons encountering opposite-sex individuals in sex-designated facilities or required to share sleeping quarters with opposite-sex persons (unless family members) if the school permitted such use.

Defines "sex" as immutable biological sex determined by anatomy and genetics at birth, with government-issued identification or original birth certificate as evidence.
