Amends Arizona law to prohibit dog breed from being considered in court findings or legal decisions regarding whether a dog is aggressive, vicious, or liable for injuries.

Prohibits dog breed from being the sole factor in insurance underwriting, actuarial processes, or risk assessment for homeowner's and renter's insurance policies.

Prohibits use of dog breed as the sole factor in questionnaires, surveys, or other information-gathering means regarding dog ownership or presence on insured premises.

Applies to new insurance policies and renewed policies issued on or after June 30, 2023.

Defines key terms including "breed" as actual or perceived breed or mixture of breeds, "aggressive," "vicious," and "provocation" for liability purposes.
