AZ HB2328

Adds section 41-1625 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing damages actions by prisoners injured in Arizona Correctional Industries programs.

Prohibits prisoners from introducing evidence of the amount or cost of medical and health services provided by the Department of Corrections or the state in damages lawsuits against private contractors engaged under section 41-1624.01.

Allows prisoners to introduce evidence only of amounts they personally paid or contributed toward securing their right to medical and health services.

Applies to actions for damages arising from prisoner injuries or deaths occurring during work in Arizona Correctional Industries.
