Increases the maximum weekly unemployment insurance benefit amount from $240 to $320, effective July 1, 2022.

Changes the weekly earnings disregard (amount workers can earn without losing benefits) from $30 to $160, effective July 1, 2022.

Removes the provision that prevented benefit amount redetermination during a benefit year when new maximum or minimum weekly benefit amounts become effective.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 23-779 regarding employment security benefits.
