Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 37, Chapter 2, Article 4 by adding section 37-292 to regulate lease provisions for state lands.

Prohibits leases of state lands that provide continued public access from requiring the lessee to defend claims or causes of action related to injuries to persons granted permission to be on state lands or claims arising under state or federal environmental laws.

Prohibits such leases from requiring indemnification from lessees, their employees, or agents for damages, penalties, costs, charges, expenses, attorney fees, or any other form of liability related to the prohibited claims.

Establishes that liability for injuries to authorized persons on state lands shall be determined pursuant to section 33-1551 or applicable state or federal law, rather than through lease provisions.
