• Requires administrative law judges, hearing officers, or presiding authorities to provide a final disposition report immediately after a law enforcement officer receives the final decision on a disciplinary appeal, including the final decision and any amended findings of fact.

• Mandates that law enforcement agencies receiving a final disposition report include it in the agency's original investigation record and forward it to any prosecuting agency that received information from the investigation for their Rule 15.1 database.

• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 38-1106 regarding procedures for appeals of disciplinary actions by law enforcement officers.

• Does not apply to law enforcement officers employed by state agencies as at-will employees.
