Increases Arizona state veterinary medical examining board from 9 to 11 members appointed by the governor.

Requires 5 licensed veterinarians on the board (up from unspecified number), with at least one being a veterinary surgeon specialist and not more than three from the same veterinary college.

Increases non-veterinarian members from 3 to 5 members, consisting of two representing the general public and one representing the livestock industry.

Adds one certified veterinary technician with at least 5 years of designation experience and current employment in the veterinary field in Arizona as a board member.

Allows current board members serving on the effective date to continue until expiration of their terms; subsequent appointments follow the new statutory requirements.
