Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-515 regarding the 75-foot limit around polling places where only voters, election officials, and authorized party representatives may remain while polls are open.

Prohibits taking photographs or videos of other voters or their ballots within the 75-foot limit, but allows individuals to photograph themselves, their own ballot, or election workers.

Clarifies that electioneering is prohibited within the 75-foot limit and defines electioneering as knowingly expressing support for or opposition to a candidate, ballot question, or political party to induce voting behavior.

Establishes that violation of these provisions constitutes a Class 2 misdemeanor.
