Amends section 41-2305 to make technical corrections including replacing "which" with "that" and "utilize" with "use" throughout the statute.

Authorizes the office of tourism to produce, own, sell, or license services and personal property related to marketing, branding, promotional materials, copyrightable publications, artwork, trademarks, and intellectual property, with reasonable prices set by the director.

Directs revenue from the sale or licensing of tourism office materials and services to be credited to a newly established tourism development fund to support the office.

Creates the tourism development fund under new section 41-2307, continuously appropriated to support tourism marketing and branding of the state.

Requires the office of tourism to report annually to the joint legislative budget committee beginning in fiscal year 2024-2025 on fund monies and expenditures from the previous fiscal year.
