Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-992 to add new subsection G requiring school districts with a bond building fund balance and no outstanding bonded indebtedness to reduce their tax levy by an amount that depletes the bond building fund balance pursuant to section 15-1024.

Renumbers the existing definition section from subsection G to subsection H without changing its substantive content regarding assessed valuation calculations.

Applies to school districts levying primary property taxes under the existing Arizona school finance system.
