Requires household goods movers to accurately disclose insurance coverage for loss or damage and all fees, charges, and rates in advertisements and representations.

Violations constitute unlawful practices enforceable by the Arizona Attorney General under chapter 10, article 7 of Arizona law, with violators subject to civil and criminal penalties.
