• Adds section 41-3030.02 to establish a termination date of July 1, 2030 for the Arizona Game and Fish Department, the Arizona Game and Fish Commission, and the director position

• Repeals Title 17, chapter 2, articles 1, 2, and 3 on January 1, 2031

• Continues the Arizona Game and Fish Commission, Department, and director to manage wildlife and wildlife habitat in Arizona pursuant to section 41-2955, subsection B

• Signed into law by the Governor on April 14, 2022
