Extends the water storage tax authorization for multi-county water conservation districts from January 1, 2030 to January 1, 2035.

Maintains the current tax rate of $.04 per $100 of assessed valuation through December 31, 2029, then reduces it to $.03 per $100 of assessed valuation beginning January 1, 2030.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 48-3715.02 regarding tax levy procedures for water storage purposes under multi-county water districts.

Delays the repeal of the water storage tax statute from 2030 to 2035, allowing continued taxation authority for an additional five years.
