Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3102 regarding misconduct involving weapons.

Removes the requirement that a firearm on school grounds must be "not loaded" to qualify for the exemption, allowing any firearm to be carried in a locked vehicle on school grounds if not visible from outside.

Maintains existing exemptions for firearms in hunter/firearm safety courses and firearms in locked vehicles under adult control on school grounds.

Defines "school grounds" as in or on the grounds of a public or nonpublic kindergarten program, common school, or high school.

Establishes that possession of a deadly weapon on school grounds is a class 1 misdemeanor, or a class 6 felony if connected to specific violent offenses including school shootings or threats.
