Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-2127 regarding real estate licensing requirements for brokers with multiple places of business.

Requires brokers maintaining more than one place of business in Arizona to obtain an additional license for each branch office.

Specifies that each branch office must be managed by either a broker or a licensed salesman, with branch office signs conforming to principal office provisions and including "branch office" designation.

Removes the phrase "and all" from language describing duties a designated broker's designee may perform during temporary absences not exceeding 30 days, clarifying that salespersons cannot be authorized to hire or sever licensees.
