Establishes the solid and hazardous waste citizen suit study committee with 7 members including legislators, environmental representatives, industrial interests, and the director of the Department of Environmental Quality.

Committee membership includes two House members and two Senate members from natural resources committees (from different political parties), with each body designating one cochairperson.

Committee shall investigate the need for a citizen suit provision in Arizona's solid waste and hazardous waste statutes.

Committee must submit findings report to the governor, speaker of the house, president of the senate, and secretary of state by December 31, 2022.

Committee automatically repeals June 30, 2023.
