Amends section 42-2003, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding authorized disclosure of confidential taxpayer information.

Allows the joint legislative income tax credit review committee to discuss statistical information disclosed to it during committee meetings (adds new language permitting discussion of data previously restricted from disclosure).

Permits disclosure of statistical information gathered from confidential taxpayer data to the joint legislative income tax credit review committee, joint legislative budget committee staff, and legislative staff for purposes of complying with section 43-221 requirements.

Maintains existing prohibitions on disclosure of confidential information attributable to individual taxpayers while allowing aggregate statistical data to be shared with specified legislative entities.
