Amends Arizona Revised Statutes to establish confidentiality protections for health professional wellness programs established by statewide associations exempt from federal taxation under 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) that represent licensed health professionals in chapters 13, 15, or 17.

Records of a health professional's participation in a wellness program are confidential and not subject to discovery, subpoena, or reporting to health profession regulatory boards, unless the health professional provides written consent or disclosure is required.

Mandatory disclosure exceptions exist for reporting criminal conduct, unprofessional conduct, inability to safely practice, or imminent threats of harm to individuals.

Defines "health professional wellness program" as evaluation, counseling (including substance abuse counseling), or other modalities to address career fatigue or wellness issues for licensed health professionals.

Excludes programs intended to monitor for impairment from the confidentiality protections and wellness program definition.
