Mandates the plan include educational opportunities for small businesses and encourage coordination between the business and disability communities to improve ADA compliance in public and private settings.

Requires the plan to include specific enforcement of disability accessibility goals and methods for measuring progress toward achieving those goals.

Appropriates $100,000 and 1 full-time equivalent (FTE) position from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the office of the governor for the coordinator position.
