Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-1019 regarding political signs in public rights-of-way.

Reduces maximum sign size in residential areas from 16 square feet to 6 square feet.

Reduces maximum sign size in other areas from 32 square feet to 16 square feet, with exception allowing 24 square feet on streets with speed limits of 45 mph or higher.

Maintains existing protections for political signs that meet size, safety, and contact information requirements, with 24-hour notice required before removal for violations.

Applies to the period beginning 71 days before a primary election through 15 days after the general election (or 15 days after primary election if candidate does not advance).
