Defines "vaccination status" to mean any indication of whether a person has received one or more doses of a vaccine and applies this protection across employment, public accommodations, and housing contexts.

Extends vaccination status protections to employment practices including hiring, firing, compensation, terms and conditions of employment, and union membership and referrals.

Prohibits discrimination based on vaccination status in housing and real estate transactions, including sales, rentals, financing, appraisals, brokerage services, and advertisements.

Applies vaccination status protections to places of public accommodation, requiring equal treatment in the provision of goods and services regardless of vaccination status.
