Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 5-1304 to allow event wagering operator licenses for professional sports teams using temporary sports facilities with seating capacity under 10,000 persons.

Permits licensure or renewal of event wagering operator licenses when a team's primary sports facility requires construction or maintenance, or when a team is constructing a new primary facility.

Applies only to licensees or applicants that already held an event wagering operator license on the effective date of this amendment.

Maintains existing restrictions that event wagering operators cannot hold more than one license, and that management services providers may serve multiple operators.
