Allows voters who received early ballots to appear at their designated polling location on election day, have their identification verified, and deposit their early ballot directly into tabulation equipment at the polling place instead of mailing it.

Permits voters using this option to discard the early ballot envelope and completed affidavit at the polling place rather than submitting them for processing.

Maintains existing signature verification and cure procedures for early ballots, including allowing voters until the fifth business day after elections with federal offices (or third business day for other elections) to correct inconsistent signatures.

Requires the county recorder to provide election boards with a list of all voters issued early ballots for their respective precincts.

Does not apply to special taxing districts or special district mail ballot elections authorized to conduct their own elections.
