Prohibits public entities in Arizona from entering into or renewing contracts with companies that use forced labor of ethnic Uyghurs in the People's Republic of China.

Requires all contracts include a written certification that the company does not use, and will not use during the contract term, forced labor of Uyghurs or goods/services produced by such labor.

Mandates companies notify the public entity within five business days if they discover noncompliance with the certification during the contract term.

Automatically terminates contracts if a company fails to provide written certification of remedied noncompliance within 180 days of notification, or by the contract termination date if it occurs first.

Applies only to companies with 10 or more full-time employees and does not apply to contracts entered into before the bill's effective date.
