Establishes the Local Immigration Enforcement Reimbursement Fund to be administered by the department, funded through legislative appropriations and private donations.

Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated and exempt from lapsing appropriation provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190.

Authorizes fund monies to reimburse counties and local law enforcement agencies for costs incurred in participating in programs with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under 8 United States Code section 1357(g).

Appropriates $30,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the newly established local immigration enforcement reimbursement fund.
