Increases Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training (AZPOST) Board membership from 13 to 15 members appointed by the governor.

Adds one certified law enforcement officer from a federally recognized Native American tribe's police department as a new board position.

Modifies the chiefs of police requirement from two to three members, with one specifically appointed from a federally recognized Native American tribe and one from a city or tribe with 60,000+ population.

Removes language limiting tribal representation in the chiefs of police positions, allowing tribes to be considered alongside cities for both the large and small population categories.
