Amends section 15-244.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding the tribal college dual enrollment program fund.

Expands fund distribution to compensate tribal colleges for books, instructional materials, tuition, and fees waived for high school students attending tribal college classes, including electronic courses.

Authorizes tribal colleges to offer courses in tribal language, government, and culture through intergovernmental agreements with high schools located outside reservations.

Allows enrollment in tribal college courses for student members of tribes living off-reservation and for other students.
